I am listening to José González (this is worth your time).
Friday night I spent almost two hours on this futon with my roommate watching YouTube vidoes, mostly of cute/funny kitties, bunnies, etc. I’m not one for getting mad, but sometimes I do and I hate the way it feels inside. There have been moments I let things build up and I get mad. But if I deal with things as they come, that can be avoided.
I sort of really enjoyed that Friday night- as I’ve enjoyed the past 9 or so months we’ve lived together in apartment 81. Maybe it’s just this song making me nostalgic. Or the fact that it’s almost fall again, and I keep thinking back to all of the good times we had last fall. We all had. Everything will be alright, and with a possible new roommate this could mean for some great times this fall. And even though I could have been doing homework for any of my classes on Friday night and that time may be deemed “wasted”, I’m taken back to this quote:
The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.
-Bertrand Russell
I just watched Labyrinth instead of starting Spanish homework. Now, that may truly have been wasted time. But I rented it last week and fell asleep while others watched it. I felt the need to watch it myself before finding that Blockbuster and returning it.
Yesterday morning my sister and Mum picked me up and we headed to Palm Beach Gardens. My niece turned 2 on Thursday and her birthday party was yesterday. The pool area in their neighborhood feels more like it belongs connected to a hotel. And my brother made lamb, roasted veggies, and rice. Always delicious, and tender as Mum pointed out at least 5 times. Photos of the cutest kids will be up on Flickr soon. By tomorrow night actually.
A lot of friends’ birthdays are approaching. Ashley’s was on Thursday… and we now know that Amigo’s lets you keep the sombrero and that Drew gives quite the birthday presents. Kelsey Lee is no longer a teenager as of tomorrow… cuhrazy. What’s crazier is that I think we’ve known each other for over 3 years now./!
TBomb is out of town. Florida misses her. I miss her wonderful self.
Hamish and Andy are now on a two week break. Which just means I’ll be listening to all of their old ones over again.
I keep sleeping too much. I get tired way too early. And yesterday I slept in the car and took a nap when we got to Charles and Branka’s. And I slept this morning in the car too. I can sleep when I die… I need to do other things besides sleep now.
Here’s another Russell quote I liked:
The secret of happiness is this: let your interests be as wide as possible, and let your reactions to the things and persons that interest you be as far as possible friendly rather than hostile.
-Bertrand Russell

I’ve just finished writing about some more tasty bites, most are quick-n-easy and can be done in 15 minutes. To be able to produce full-filling, and tasty meals in a VERY short amount of time. As someone who can be on the go a lot, one can probably appreciate that…for the health conscious there’s Salads and Seafood, and for the sweet-tooth there’s Desserts, and lots more.
Please check it out, and comment on what you think. Thanks, I appreciate it.

Didn’t iTunes just have one of his songs under its Free-Section?
Anyway, I loved your style in the post…btw, anyone ever tell you that some of your posts sound like a TV Episode. Infact this post sounded like something Rowry Gilmore would say in her journal (hope you’re not offended by me saying that).
